Where a customer selects an incorrect size and wishes to return or exchange the product, our Returns & Refund Policy will apply.

Prices may change from time to time without notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

6. DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

If an offer includes free shipping, the offer applies only to the shipping service specified by Eternal Hoop.
7. DUO AND BUNDLE OFFERS
Where we offer a Duo, multi-buy or other bundle promotion, the discount is conditional upon purchasing the required number of eligible products.
Where permitted by applicable law, if only part of a qualifying bundle is subsequently returned under our voluntary returns policy, the refund may be recalculated to reflect the price that would have applied to the products retained without the bundle discount.
Any applicable return conditions will be explained in our Returns & Refund Policy and nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.
8. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
After placing an order, you may receive an acknowledgement confirming that we have received your order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

- Payment cannot be authorised.
- We identify an obvious pricing or product information error.

11. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Because orders may enter processing quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has been placed.
If an order has already been dispatched, the applicable returns or statutory cancellation process will apply.
12. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our voluntary returns process is governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.
Eternal Hoop currently offers a 30-day voluntary returns policy, subject to the eligibility requirements set out in that policy.
Among other requirements, products returned under our voluntary returns policy generally need to be unused, unworn, complete and in their original packaging.
Different rules may apply where you exercise statutory cancellation rights or where products are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
13. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
Eternal Hoop products should be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions supplied with the product.
You are responsible for using the product safely and ensuring that you have sufficient space to exercise without causing injury or property damage.
Stop exercising if you experience unusual pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or other concerning symptoms.
If you have an existing medical condition, injury, mobility issue, are pregnant, have recently undergone surgery, or have concerns about whether an exercise product is appropriate for you, you should seek appropriate professional medical advice before beginning a new exercise programme.
